- SHC approved Carvings work on 6/15
- State seal carving put on hold while legislature considers redesign
- City provided lift on 9/15 to assist in taking Arch measurements
State:
- MA Historical Commission concurs with SHC Carvings approval
- Funding in place – City engaging with State to receive funding
Carvings Contractor Skylight Studios:
- PEM endorsed SCNA selected designer: Skylight Studios.
- Skylight to contract with both City & SCNA.
PEM: McIntire originals access approved by S. Chasse & happened 9/13
