- Rerouting 1A@Winter to Washington St/Bridge Ext needs legislation

NIAC: Gabe attended 10/12 meeting – minutes distributed.

Fence: Patti Kelleher to advise on ongoing repair plans
Bandstand: Waiting to hear on City plans – may include flower beds
New issue on hatch doors – may require redesign for potential safety issues
Lawn: Extra cleanups & vendor pads working but more work needed
Future: Common could use adult recreational/fitness installations to takepressure off playground & benches – Break Heart Reservation example:

- Community Yard Sale & Block Party were both successful
- Kids Fun Fest: @ Common Oct 22/23 & 29/30 – Council approved
- Volunteers needed for SCNA booth duty Oct 29/30
- Holiday Decorating: @ Common on Nov 26 th or 27 th at noon
- Holiday Concert: @ the Bridge@211 on Dec 18 th at 2 PM
- Discussion at Nov Board Meeting on future direction of events
Washington Arch Initiative: Gabe
Approvals: SHC & MHC approved Carvings work to proceed
State: Funding approved for Carvings but needs to be unlocked
PEM: Access to McIntire originals approved by Curator Chasse
- Working on possibility of a PEM Walks info sign at Arch
Skylight Studios: SCNA & City contracting with this experienced carver
- Replicas of McIntire originals (Washington Oval & Eagle) to be
created along with swag replicas from that era
