Signature Parks: Mike Crounese & Jenn began working on various items
Little Library: Kristen Fitzgerald gained Park & Rec approval as well as SHC approval pending paint selection. Order placed & DPS ready to install.
Bandstand: Phase 2 (restore dome; add flowerbeds) exploring w/Mike C
Lawn: Winter treatment needs to be applied to Lawn
Fence: Working with Patti K & Mike C on next steps
Future: Explore possible adult recreational/fitness installation on Common
Events: Milo
- Holiday Common Decorating was fun – thanks to all who helped

- HSI house tour: SCNA was pleased to support with brochure ad
- Holiday Concert: @ the Bridge@211 on Dec 18 th at 3 PM
- Bake sale at Concert – bring something/buy something
- Winter Brunch @ Hawthorne: Targeting date in late Jan/early Feb
- SCNA change in event 2023 structure – volunteers welcomed
Washington Arch Initiative: Gabe
- Approvals: SHC & MHC approved Carvings work & artist Skylight
- State: Carvings grant for Skylight work received by Salem govt
- Procurement issues have risen – Mike C working on them
- Skylight Studios: Mike C & PEM are working directly with artist
- Carvings: Replicas of McIntire originals (Washington Oval & Eagle) are being created along with swag replicas from that era.
- First drafts of Oval & Swags look promising
