- Website-Jason paid-Milo minutes update? Events update?
- board has decided to abandon retrieving missing minutes from backup. Will set up Time to get event dump from Jason.
- Fun Fest a success-earned $6,174
- Any update on lamp replacements? – Believe the city is still securing funding
- NIAC Meetings-Anna-update from last meeting? Ray Jodin was guest: went over snow removal procedures. Common itself looks ok. there is a lot of snow, finger streets are rough (people getting stuck on Williams)
- Bandstand updates? Have not been back to HistCom. will be back 2/4. The city anticipates taking the Bandstand out of commission starting in July -sept.
- Community Message Board – Will email Trish/Katie to get feedback before submitting to HistCom

- Milo will work with Jen to get logged into square.
Membership Report: Ryan Guilmartin
- Membership Update – Mailchimp and Square are now linked so that a purchase on square automatically adds them to mail chimp.
- mailers went out, we have good renewals at this point. Hard to say if it’s from mailer but was worthwhile.
Communication Report: Jordan
- February Newsletter-what info do we want to share? SCNA 40th Anniversary
- We’re past 500 emails in mail chimp, will likely need to stick to 1 email per month unless we cull out roster.
SCNA Events: Jordan Santiago
- Winter Brunch-update on headcount – 15 seats sold now. Newsletter reminder to go out soon.
- Need to confirm podium and microphone
- Additional Promotion – to the fb neighborhood groups
- Micah will confirm again with speakers
- Micah has reached out to Councilor for proclamation
- Movie night at Witch museum: Jordan will reach out to Tina- will try for a more popular movie
- Start applying for summer events via commission – March/April usually

- Central Google Drive for all our documents, knowledgebase, minutes, flyers, etc. – Make an effort to take any files people have sitting around and get them in drive.
New Business: Micah
- Issues with events this year-Bandstand work derail Movies and Lawn Party – will contact P&R dept for more guidance.
- Update on trees: Darleen Melis is working with Parks and Rec for a donation to be received that can be used to hire Noami to complete the tree planting plan. Once executed, we can raise funds for trees which would be planted according to this master plan.
