- Need to streamline the membership/mailchimp/mailerlite pipeline. Possibly meet with Ryan outside of board meeting to figure out

- Jordan plays national anthem to start event
- Musical guest(s) for America the Beautiful?-Same as last year
- Need to print flyers/programs
- Distinguished speakers: LG Driscoll (need to email Mayor Pangallo and Senator Lovely, Rep Cruz, DA Tucker) and Council President Alice Merkl
- Need to find tip jar and microphones
- Movie Nights-LINEUP: Kpop Demon Hunter, Signs, Casper, Honey I shrunk the Kids
- Vintage Lawn Party: FB event live. Band already booked. Checks being sent to CoS. Will start to line up vendors.
- Block Party: Aug 9th 4-7pm
- Possible to do the Heritage Days Parade 8/1, 10AM

- NIAC Meeting
- Heritage Days Parade still taking applications. Decided not to march probably
- File Structure Organization Update, it’s done! Events folder needs to be cleaned up still. Jordan/Milo to tackle
- Salem RenFaire: Milo will be meeting with the event coordinator to talk about holding event on the common. See if there is a way for us to support/get involved.
New Business: Micah
- Milo will submit application for the message board next week to HistComm.
