Old Business: 

• Vintage Lawn Party-Takeaways/Feedback – went off without a hitch, good weather. Get signups up earlier and reconsider the task rabbit if there are enough hands. Hopefully more attendees with message board
• Lamppost painting-done!
• Updates on Message Board – approved by HistComm and P&R. Will sync with Trish about location and update Histcomm on new location
• Confirmed all set with EJ for Funfest- Everything is all set, looking forward to good weather!

• Benches out of place: city will likely not move them back until after HH Marketplace. Will email in Nov.
• Potential to look into/advocate for more appropriate vendor fees for the Salem Common. Food Truck america charges vendors $175 to participate while the CoS collects $25.

• Expenses, Annie and the Fur Trappers, TheShed. Some donations from VLP

• Membership Update: 80 members, had one check come in.

• October Newsletter
• Funfest last two weekends of October-help promote
• Considering a mailer for 2027, will reassess after the message board goes in and if memberships are picking up or not.

• Mayor’s Night Out – will decided 9/24 AM if we are a go or not.
• October Fun Fest
• Common Holiday Decorating dates set
• Holiday Concert – contract signed

• NIAC Meeting – No meeting this month. Reached out to Lisa, waiting on a response.
